It will be ‘touch and go’ for Justice Sujoy Paul ?
Legal circles say it will be ‘touch and go’ for the Chief Justice Kolkata High Court Justice Sujoy Paul for elevation to the SC. In case, SC Collegium meets in April or May, chances of Justice Paul for going to the Apex Court are rated high since he is scheduled to retire in June-end.
